We offer complimentary local delivery on most orders, handled directly by our team using our own trucks.

Note: Ethanol fuel is excluded from free delivery.

In-stock items marked for quick shipping will typically leave our facility within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Local deliveries are scheduled and carried out by our in-house crew.

We offer optional white-glove delivery for select items like freestanding grills and pizza ovens, which includes setup and assembly.

📦 Shipping Outside Local Delivery Zone

Free Standard Shipping

If you’re outside our local delivery area, we’ll ship your order free within the contiguous U.S. via common carrier or freight.

Western U.S. exclusions may apply based on brand restrictions—any such limitations will appear at checkout.

Certain brands or products (e.g., GMG, Infratech, outdoor kitchen islands) may only be sold within designated dealer territories and cannot be shipped outside those areas.

🚛 Freight Delivery Details

If your order requires freight service:

• Delivery is curbside only (driver must be able to access the end of your driveway)
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional costs—if so, we’ll contact you with a quote before shipping
• Free liftgate service will be noted if included (otherwise, you’ll need to arrange unloading)

Important:

• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure a reliable phone number is provided at checkout.
• An adult must be present for delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
• Inspect the packaging before signing. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery slip. Signing without any notes waives damage claims.

• In-stock orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days (excluding holidays)
• Items may ship from different warehouses, so you may receive separate deliveries
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with estimated timelines, including for backordered items

🌍 International Orders

While we do not directly ship internationally, we’re happy to coordinate showroom pickup with your preferred shipping company or courier.

• You are responsible for choosing and coordinating with the shipper
