If you’re outside our local delivery area, we’ll ship your order free within the contiguous U.S. via common carrier or freight.

Western U.S. exclusions may apply based on brand restrictions—any such limitations will appear at checkout.

Certain brands or products (e.g., GMG, Infratech, outdoor kitchen islands) may only be sold within designated dealer territories and cannot be shipped outside those areas.

If your order requires freight service:

Delivery is curbside only (driver must be able to access the end of your driveway)
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional costs—if so, we’ll contact you with a quote before shipping
Free liftgate service will be noted if included (otherwise, you’ll need to arrange unloading)

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure a reliable phone number is provided at checkout.
An adult must be present for delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
Inspect the packaging before signing. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery slip. Signing without any notes waives damage claims.
